Refund Policy

We can process refunds only for items directly purchased from www.shopucook.com. Upon the arrival of your return, we will initiate the refund process.

You should expect to receive your refund within a week of sending your package to the return shipper. Refunds will be credited first to the original purchasing credit card account number and will take approximately 72 hours to reflect this transaction from your financial institution.

If the return is a result of our error, you will not be charged for return shipping and a pre-addressed UPS return label will be sent via email.

However, if the return is not a result of our error, both original shipping and return fees will be deducted from your refund amount.
